Artist's Description
This photograph of a female Loon sitting on her nest was taken at the Abol
Campground located on the West Branch of the Penobscot River in northern
Maine. The time was 12:19 pm on the afternoon of June 17, 2017. The camera
settings were 1/80 of a second at F/11 with the ISO set to 100. The lens was a
Nikon 200-500 mm zoom with 2.0 tele-extender set to 800 mm. The camera used
was a NIKON D750 Digital Camera. (D061717163)
