Description
This photograph of the fishing fleet was taken at the waterfront in Newport,
Oregon at 8:10am on the morning of June 2, 2006. The camera settings were
1/20 second at F/8 with the ISO set to 200. The lens was a Nikon 18 - 200mm set
Zoomed to 57mm. First the image was converted to Black and white except for the orange boat. Then the image was post processed in Photoshop using a “Design Rocket Template” to give it a watercolor look. The camera used was a NIKON D2X digital camera. (D06026003WC)
